Math- We will learn to count to 120, starting at any number less than 120. The students will read and write numerals and represent a number of objects with a written numeral. We will practice putting numbers in order, representing numbers, and identifying one more and one less than a given number. The children will also be able to identify which number is larger and smaller when given two numbers.

Phonics- Short a

Social Studies- About me Unit: We will learn about how we are all unique and special.

Library- Our class library time will be at 10:30 on Fridays. Please make sure that your child returns their library book by Friday each week.

Our class will take the MAP Test on August 22 & August 31 . Please make sure they get plenty of rest the night before and eat a good breakfast.
