It is time for the RBES Fall Book Fair!
The Book Fair will be open September 8th-14th from 8:00AM until 2:30PM and September 12th night for Chick-Fil-A /STEAM Night from 6:00-8:00PM. Grandparents, parents, and special friends are invited to lunch and the Book Fair during our lunch time (11:15-11:45AM) this whole week. The Book Fair provides students, parents, grandparents, and special friends an excellent opportunity to purchase great books that your children will love to read. This is also a wonderful way to help support the RBES Media Center. All proceeds go directly to the RBES Media Center.
Our class will visit the Book Fair Thursday, September 14th from 9:00-9:30. You may meet us at the Book Fair to shop with your child, or you may send in money for your child to shop with a volunteer.
*If you plan to eat Chick Fil A on STEAM Night, you will need to pre-order via the form sent home in your child’s Rocket Folder.

RBES STEAM/Chick Fil A Family Night will be held on September 12th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. This is an opportunity for students and parents to come to school and participate in different science, technology, engineering and math challenges. Look forward to seeing you there!

Dot Day!
We are excited to be celebrating Dot Day in our classroom on September 15th. Dot Day is based on the book, “The Dot” by Peter Reynolds. The book talks about seeing how far one small mark can take you. We will read the book and do activities to go along. Students are encouraged to dress in “dots.”
